They each have 2 loot tables, one that has the encounter drops and a second table that can vary based on difficulty. For Grasp, the encounter table is just Eyasluna, 1000 Yard Stare, and helmet. I heard from people that they fixed the drops for the prophecy dungeon to include the trials of the nine weapons, but I have done the prophecy dungeon 7 times this week and I've ONLY gotten armor to drop. Weirdly enough, I seem to always get legs in the first encounter, arms in the cube room, and helmets in the boss.IMPORTANT: As of writing, this dungeon does not drop additional loot on subsequent clears.
